A very effective, beautiful, quick, very tasty breakfast made from simple ingredients that every housewife always has at home. The "WOW" effect is guaranteed! If you want to charge your whole family with positive emotions from the very morning, then you should start your day with this breakfast :) You can change products and use even what is left from dinner.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:
First of all, I will separate the whites from the yolks. Protein in a deep bowl, and yolks in 2 different plates.
I will cut Bulgarian pepper into cubes
Finely chop the greens
Finely grated cheese
I add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat at high mixer speeds into a stable foam. This process takes me 2 minutes.
Add pepper, herbs to the proteins and mix well. Just be careful not to let the squirrels fall off. Better to stir with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula.
I cover the baking sheet with parchment. I divide the proteins into 2 parts and spread them in a slide. I make a depression in each slide.
I send the proteins into an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 3 minutes.
Then I take it out and sprinkle it with cheese, add the yolk to each hole, and sprinkle it with cheese on top. Pepper a little and sprinkle with red sweet paprika for beauty. You can use turmeric. Put in the oven again for 3 minutes.
A chic, healthy breakfast is ready. Bon Appetit!
