This is an unusual but very simple recipe for cooking meat. It's strange that so few people cook. The meat is very tasty, tender, aromatic. Pork, beef, turkey, lamb, chicken will do. Only the cooking time will be slightly different. Yes, we need a syringe :)
Below I have prepared a short (3 minutes) but very detailed video recipe for cooking meat. Take a look:
Cut the garlic into slices. I took 2 cloves, if desired, you can increase and add your favorite spices.
The meat must be stuffed with garlic on all sides. I do it very simply: I make an incision with a knife and put garlic in it. By the way, I have 650 gr of meat.
Then I pour 80 ml into the cup. water at room temperature and add 1 tsp. without a slide of salt. I stir until the salt dissolves.
I remove the needle from the syringe and draw up the saline solution. I put the needle back in place :)
I chop the meat on all sides with this saline solution.
I take baking paper and wrap the meat. I tie it well with a thread.
Then I send this meat into the baking sleeve and tie it well on both sides.
I put the meat in a saucepan, pour it with boiling water and put it on the smallest fire and cook for 2.5 hours.
The meat is ready, I take off the sleeve and put it in the refrigerator for several hours. It is possible for the night. That's how they cooked it in the evening, and in the morning it is excellent meat for sandwiches!
