For cooking you will need:
Cabbage - 300 gr. (young)
2 chicken eggs
Oatmeal flakes - 50 gr. (long cooking).
Kefir (any fat content) - 200 ml.
Hard cheese - 60 gr.
Oil (sunflower or olive) - 40 ml.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Wheat flour - 100-125 gr.
Soda - 1 tsp (no slide.)
Sugar - 1 tsp (not necessary)
Step by step recipe:

1. Finely chop cabbage and pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes - this will be enough, since the cabbage is young.
Advice: if the cabbage is old, then you need to stew it.
2. I'll do the dough, it's done in a matter of minutes!
I break 1 egg into a deep bowl, add kefir, olive oil (sunflower oil can be used) and mix everything with a whisk. The mixer is completely unnecessary here.
Now I will add 1 tsp. soda without a slide and stir again, set it aside.
3. Grind oatmeal (long-boiled) in a blender. If you have oat flour, you can use it.
I will add flakes to the kefir mixture, I will also add flour and 1 tsp. salt without a slide. If you like sweet dough, then you can add 1 tsp. sugar or sweetener. I added some Stevia. I mix everything well.
You should get the consistency of thick sour cream. I had a little liquid and I added another 1 tbsp. flour and flour it took me 125 gr.
4. I'll take care of cabbage.
I drain the water and squeeze the cabbage, transfer it to a deep bowl. Add 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. I stir it. The filling for the cabbage pie is ready.
5. I take a split form with a diameter of 22 cm. Cover with parchment and grease with olive oil.
Pour half of the dough into a mold, distribute it evenly.
Then the filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Remaining dough.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or flax seeds if desired.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.
