On my channel, I share not only the experience of losing weight and menus for the day, but also recipes for dishes that are included in my slimming diet.
I want to share with you a recipe for squid in a creamy sauce. This is delicious! Can be served with any side dish or eaten as a separate dish with a slice of bread.
✅Ingredients I used to prepare the dish:
- 3 squid - 300 g,
- 100 g milk 2.5%,
- 15 g whole grain rice flour
- 35 g of mozzarella cheese (you can use any cheese and as much as your conscience allows),
- onion - 60g,
- carrots - 70,
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic.
✅Cooking.
Fry the onions and carrots literally on a drop of oil until tender. I use an oil sprayer - a few puffs are enough to fry vegetables, which is about 1 g of oil.
Sprinkle with flour, mix, add milk and mix well again so that there are no lumps left.
Salt our sauce, pepper, add garlic. The sauce is almost ready.
Add hot water constantly to the sauce to achieve the desired consistency. Some people like a lot of sauce, while others don't.
We dress the squid in the sauce, which we previously cleaned from the skin and films and cut into strips.
Along with the squid, add grated cheese - I have mozzarella and mix.
A couple of minutes and the dish is ready.
Sprinkle with fresh dill, cover and remove from heat.
Can be served with any side dish. I like it with potatoes and with pasta tsp.
