This is the recipe for those very 9 kopeck buns. Airy, gentle, soft, lush, weightless, like fluff. My grandmother was supposed to come to visit me, and I decided to bake such buns and please her. She is very fond of baking. When my grandmother tasted my buns, she said: "Listen, Christina, these are the same buns from the Soviet Union for 9 kopecks." The grandmother asked to bake more such buns so that she would take them with her and treat her friends.

That's why I decided to call these buns like that :)

For cooking you will need:

Wheat flour of the highest grade - 300-350 gr.

Sugar - 60 gr.

Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp

Egg - 1 pc.

Warm milk - 150 ml.

Melted butter - 50 gr.

Salt - 2/3 tsp

Vanillin - 1.5 gr.

For greasing buns: 1 yolk and 1 tbsp. milk or water.

1. Sift 300 gr into a deep bowl. flour, add 60 gr. sugar, vanillin, 2/3 tsp. salt and 1.5 tsp. dry yeast. Mix everything well.

Advice: for a start, take 300 gr. flour, when kneading the dough, we will already add it if necessary.

2. We make a deepening in the dry mixture and drive in 1 chicken egg, then 150 ml. warm milk and 50 gr. melted butter. We begin to knead the dough. As it becomes difficult to stir with a spatula, transfer the dough to a floured table and knead with your hands.

The dough should be very soft and should not stick to your hands.

We transfer the dough into a deep bowl, cover with a towel and leave it in a warm place for an hour and a half.

3. Time has passed, the dough has risen well.

The dough needs to be kneaded and kneaded for 2 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, approximately 85 grams each. - these will be our buns.

4. Knead each piece of dough well and form a ball, put it in a baking dish, not tightly to each other (the dough will rise very well).

Cover the buns with a towel and leave for 40 minutes, so that they fit well.

5. Mix the yolk with 1 tbsp. milk or water, mix well. We grease the buns, they have already risen very well and we send them to the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

These are such fluffy buns, grease them with butter, cover with a towel and wait until they cool.
