This method of grinding "was born" quite unexpectedly, it turned out a straight life hack. We went into nature and forgot the knife with us. It is clear that no one ever takes a grater and a press for garlic into nature or there are such, admit it!? 😅
I often make a tomato snack for barbecue and chopped garlic is needed there. I make such a snack in 5 minutes, so I never cook at home in advance. How to peel garlic without a knife is not a problem. I think many people know that this is easy. But how to cut it - it was a mystery to me! I already thought just like that, with a piece, we will eat 😂
And then a fork came across my eyes, and the thought flashed through: "why not ..." And how convenient it was! Better and faster than a knife. Easier than using a garlic press or a grater (since you don't need to wash it later, pick out garlic from these small holes).
Here's how to chop garlic in 10 seconds.
By the way, it takes me no more than 10 seconds for a huge clove of garlic. So that you understand, for comparison, below is a photo of a clove of garlic and a box of matches. The clove weighs 10 grams.
I take an ordinary fork, hold the garlic by the "blunt" part, popularly "ass" and press with a fork, these are the "furrows" (scroll the photo to the right).

At the end, when it is already inconvenient to press with a fork, I just put the remaining small piece of garlic on the board and press with a fork (leaf through the photo). All! Done! How do you like this method? Cool, right?! 😍
