Sour cream - 100 gr.

Nuts - 90 gr.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. Put the butter in a deep bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla - rub a little with a fork. Then add sour cream and mix everything until smooth.

Attention: the oil should be softened. Take it out of the refrigerator beforehand.

Advice: if desired, add cinnamon instead of vanilla.

2. Add baking powder to the flour. Sift in parts and knead the dough. First with a spoon, and then with your hands (how difficult it will be to interfere).

The dough is soft and does not stick to your hands at all.

3. Chop the nuts in a blender or put them in a bag and roll them with a rolling pin on the bag, so the nuts are also crushed. I used a blender.

Place the nuts in the middle of the dough and stir in.

4. Pinch off a piece of dough weighing about 60 grams. and roll out a flagellum with a length of 30-35 cm with our hands. The diameter is about 1 cm.

We wrap one end of the dough less than halfway (this will be the bunny's head), the other end we wrap in the same way, but in the other direction (this will be the body).
