Delicious, easy to prepare soup with dumplings. I love him very much. This is one of my favorite soups. The dumplings here are unusual, we will not make them out of flour.
The soup is prepared very quickly, it turns out rich and beautiful. I recommend you to cook it!
To make the soup you will need:
Broth (any) - 1.5 liters.
Potatoes - 330 gr.
Carrots - 70 gr.
Parsley or dill is a small bunch.
Onions - 85 gr.
Salt and pepper to taste.
For dumplings (dumplings):
Semolina - 100 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Broth - 50 ml.

1. Immediately put the broth on the fire, let it boil.
I usually always prepare broth in advance, send it to the freezer and when I need it, the broth is always at hand. I recommend that you do the same.
2. Add the egg to the semolina crepe, mix a little and gradually pour in 50 ml. warm broth. Let's leave the semolina to swell. This is dumpling dough.
3. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the potatoes into cubes, finely chop the parsley.
4. Add onions, carrots, potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, put another pot of water on fire and bring to a boil. (For dumplings).
5. Dip 1 tsp into boiling salted water. l. semolina (it has already thickened and swollen).
It turns out dumplings, as they surfaced, then ready. This takes approximately 1 minute.

6. We take out the dumplings and put them in the soup. As it boils, cook for another 4 minutes and turn it off.
