1. Lavash needs to be cut into 3 equal strips. I had 3 pita bread, in the end I got 9 strips.

2. Cut ham, cheese, tomatoes into slices. Finely chop the greens.

3. We take pita bread and grease the very edge with sour cream. It turns out a triangle. We will lay out the filling on this area.

Sprinkle greens on sour cream, then put ham, cheese. Top tomatoes.

4. Prepare the filling: mix the eggs with kefir. Add salt and pepper if desired.

5. Put the envelopes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Pour over the top and cook in the oven at 240 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
