I tried expensive Swiss chocolate, which costs 4540 rubles per kilogram.

When I see something sweet that I have never tasted before, I immediately want to buy it. Usually I do not deny myself a sweet tooth, but when I saw the cost of this chocolate, the first thought in my head: “Wow ?!”.

But then I saw that it was Swiss chocolate and decided to buy and try it. After all, it is believed that Switzerland has the best chocolate in the world. Well, let's check it out. But first, I propose to consider the packaging.

The packaging is pretty simple, nothing out of the ordinary. Except that it says what kind of chocolate is inside. It is complex, white caramelized, and even with praline.

White caramelized chocolate can be made at home. To do this, the chocolate needs some time to darken in the oven. Gradually the lactose (milk sugar) will begin to caramelize and the chocolate will begin to change color and taste. But I digress, you probably can't wait to find out what's inside.

In addition to cardboard, chocolate is wrapped in foil, which is now rare. Most manufacturers save and pack in plastic.

I open the foil, under it in a plastic tray there are 2 chocolate bars.

It does not look as beautiful as on the packaging, and some of the chocolate crumbled during transportation. But in general it is quite tolerable. The most important thing is how it tastes. It's time to try it.

The chocolate turned out to be very, very tender. The first time I tried it as soon as I got home. The chocolate warmed up on the road and literally melted in the hands. Then he lay for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and became hard. This greatly affected the taste, in my opinion, for the better.

The taste is amazing. Very tender praline and good crunchy nuts. But caramelized white chocolate is almost not felt here, the main taste is given by praline. Most importantly, I did not taste the palm oil. I wonder what is the composition of such an expensive chocolate?

I have already come across more than once that palm oil is added even to expensive products. But I did not feel this in my taste and did not find it in the composition either. It pleases, as well as the whole composition. He's wonderful here (still for such and such money). It's time to summarize.

I liked the chocolate and I don’t regret the money spent. I am willing to overpay to get a quality product. Yes, I will not buy such chocolate to swallow over a cup of coffee in the office. This type of chocolate should be eaten a little bit and savored.
