✨ When preparing this incredibly juicy, tender, soft soufflé, you don't even have to get your hands dirty. Try it - it's delicious! 🥰

📕 To prepare the dish you will need: 🥙

Minced chicken - 500 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l.
Kefir (any) - 300 ml
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1-2 pcs.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l. (taste)
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches (to taste)
Fresh herbs - for serving (optional)

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Peel the onion, cut into medium-sized pieces of any shape, put in a blender bowl or a large bowl if you have a submersible blender. We clean the pepper from seeds and membranes, also cut into pieces of any shape and add to the onion. If the pepper is fleshy (paprika), you will need 1 pod, if with thin pulp and small size, you can take 2.

Grind vegetables with a blender to a mushy consistency. If there is no blender at all, then you can use a meat grinder.

Add minced meat to the vegetable mass. Instead of chicken, you can take turkey or beef.

Mix everything well and pour in kefir. Also salt and pepper the mixture to taste.

Once again, stir everything thoroughly with a spatula or a tablespoon - as it is more convenient for anyone. We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. We immediately add the yolks to the meat mass, and send the proteins into a separate container, convenient for whipping.

Mix the minced meat with the yolks and add the flour, and then mix thoroughly again so that there are no lumps left.

Beat the whites with a mixer into a strong foam.

Add the beaten egg whites in portions to the minced meat.

And mix gently so as not to disturb the airy texture.

We lay out the future soufflé in a heat-resistant form. If the dishes are not silicone (metal, ceramic, glass), then additionally grease it with a small amount of oil (vegetable or butter - at your discretion). We put the soufflé in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a light brown top.

Remove the finished dish from the mold and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cut into portions and serve. The soufflé turns out to be very juicy and tender. The most delicious side dish for it is mashed potatoes.
