I break 2 eggs into a deep bowl. There are 3 yolks in the photo, just one egg with two yolks, this rarely comes across))). Add powdered sugar and beat with a mixer for no more than 1 minute.
Advice: I make the icing sugar myself, I just grind the sugar in a blender. A minute and powdered sugar is ready, so much cheaper than buying ready-made in the store.
I add melted butter (it should not be hot), milk (just from the refrigerator) and mix again with a mixer for 20 seconds.
I add baking powder and vanillin to the flour (you can immediately add it to the powdered sugar, but I forgot. And it happens.) I sift the flour into the dough and mix with a mixer until smooth, also for 30 seconds.
The dough turns out like a cream for a cake, like this:
I take a detachable baking dish (22 cm), cover it with baking paper and transfer all the dough, distribute it evenly.
Strawberries "sink" a little in the dough. It can be whole, or you can cut it into 2 parts (if the strawberries are large). This is how it turned out for me:
I cook a pie with strawberries in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
I recommend not to take the cake out of the oven right away, but to open the door and let it stand there for a while, then take it out, let it cool a little more and you can decorate and serve!
I sprinkled the cake with powdered sugar and decorated with strawberries and a mint leaf, this is what happened:
