I want to share with you a very good recipe for steamed cutlets, I love them. Such steamed cutlets are much tastier and healthier than fried cutlets in a pan.
If you try once cook such cutlets, then you will cook them in a double boiler constantly and forget about fried ones.
Another huge advantage steaming cutlets is quick and easy. You do not need to turn anything over or make sure that the patties do not burn. Steam cutlets are even cooked without oil.
To cook steamed cutlets you need:
Minced meat - 500 gr. (any, I have minced turkey)
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream (I have 100%) - 2 tbsp. with a slide.
Hard cheese - 100 gr.
Garlic - 1 or 2 cloves.
Flour (I have whole grain) - 2 tbsp. with a slide.
Salt, pepper - optional.

1. Add the egg to the minced meat, 2 tbsp. sour cream, finely grated garlic (you can use a garlic press), salt, pepper, cheese (grated) and mix everything well.
2. Add 2 tbsp. with a heap of flour (any flour is possible) and mix well.

3. Wet hands in water and form cutlets. I got 8 cutlets.
4. I will cook cutlets immediately with a side dish. I cut the beets and carrots into small pieces. I have a steamer in 3 levels. I put carrots and beets on the first level, cutlets in the second bowl. (Just 8 cutlets fit in a steamer bowl) and on the last, 3rd level I will cook broccoli.
I pour water into the double boiler and set the timer for 30 minutes.
