Step-by-step recipe for cooking zucchini with a photo:
First, the zucchini must be washed well. It is better to take young zucchini. I cut it in half and cut it into pieces like this, about one centimeter thick.
I put the zucchini in a dish where I will bake.
I add spices (I have sweet paprika and Caucasian herbs, salt and black pepper), pour oil (I have olive) and mix everything.
The note: Caucasian herbs can be substituted for Provencal, Italian or dried basil.
I put the zucchini in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Until then, I'm going to fill it up.
I add an egg to sour cream and mix. Now add flour (can be replaced with starch), mix again. I add water, finely chopped dill, garlic and salt. I stir - the filling is ready!
It took 20 minutes, I take the zucchini out of the oven and pour it over. I send it back to the oven, as soon as it boils - it's done! This will take about five minutes.
I take out the zucchini and serve it to the table. They are very tasty, creamy, tender, aromatic. I love this recipe for cooking zucchini! Try it too :)
