My Ukrainian friend taught me how to cook beets in this way, that's why she didn't think of this before?! š¤¦āāļø Now when I wanted a salad, I just cook the beets and enjoy. I don't wait an hour for the beets to be boiled or baked in the oven.

Beets need to be peeled. I'm cooking one thing now. I just wanted beets with garlic and sour cream!
Immediately cut into cubes. You can choose any size you are used to. Iām not very small, but not big either. Average such cubes.
I shift the beets into a regular plastic bag (it is better to take it more tightly, otherwise recently such "flimsy" ones come across). I put the package on the plate immediately. I spread the beets in one layer, so it will cook faster.
I pour 20 milliliters of plain, clean water into the bag.
I tie the bag very loosely, without tightening it.
