I love cabbage! I especially like this dish. It turns out inexpensively, cooks quickly and is very tasty. We use it as an independent dish or as a side dish for fish or meat. I even cook such a cabbage dish for breakfast. The family is always happy. A versatile dish that is suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Step-by-step cabbage recipe with photo:
Finely shredded cabbage, put in a deep bowl and salt.
You need to mash cabbage a little with your hands.
We squeeze the cabbage from excess juice and transfer it to another bowl.
I add 2 chicken eggs and sour cream.
Finely chop the dill (you can substitute it for parsley) and add it to a bowl.
I rub the cheese on a fine grater and add it too.
I stir it.
I heat up a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil, literally one tablespoon.
I spread the cabbage mixture and level it with a spatula.
I turn on a small fire, cover the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
After 5 minutes I turn it over. To do this, I take a flat plate the size of a frying pan and "shake" our cabbage dish onto it. Then cover the plate with a frying pan and turn over. I take off the plate and so our cabbage pie remains intact and beautiful.
I cook under a closed lid for another 3 minutes. All! Done!
The smell is amazing... You can sprinkle with green onions or herbs. Cut into 4 pieces and serve. Bon Appetit!
The cabbage has time to cook, but it crunches a little. If you don't like this, then pre-pour boiling water over the chopped cabbage and then the cabbage will be soft.
