This is the best chicken recipe I've tried lately. The chicken turns out to be very juicy, tender, melts right in the mouth. The husband is just delighted with her. I asked to cook meat like this several times a week. And it's better for me! Cooking chicken in the oven is simple, and even without dirty dishes. We ate and don't need to wash a single plate! By the way, it turns out a full dinner or lunch - this is not just a chicken recipe. It's chicken with a side dish! Two in one.

Step by step recipe for making juicy chicken:
I take the chicken legs, wash them well and dry them dry with paper towels.
I will cut the garlic into pieces, like this:
I separate the chicken skin from the meat, but do not cut it off completely. This is how it should look like:
I make cuts throughout the meat and stuff it with garlic. I have 2 legs, one large clove for each.
Salt the meat, sprinkle with chicken seasoning on both sides.
I rub the cheese on a fine grater and put it on the chicken.
Now I put on the skin and the cheese turns out under the skin of the chicken - thanks to this, the chicken will turn out to be much tastier and softer, look at it. And garlic will add an insanely delicious flavor to the meat.
By the way, you can add some more cheese under the skin.

I cut carrots and potatoes into rings.
I cut fresh ginger into thin plates. Ginger is optional, you do not need to use it. But with ginger it turns out more fragrant.
I take a piece of foil, pour some oil into the center and place the potatoes. Salt and pepper and add some chicken seasoning.
Next, carrots and ginger.
I put a chicken leg on this vegetable pillow and make a "plate" out of foil.
I grease the chicken with sour cream and cover it with a sheet of foil on top.
I do the same with the second leg.
I cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
15 minutes before cooking, I take it out, remove the top foil and put it back into the oven, let the crust brown.
I serve the finished dish right in these foil "plates". Sprinkle with herbs.
