✅👌 Chicken breast is the healthiest part of poultry, but not the easiest to prepare. It is very easy to dry it by baking it in the oven.
Today I will share with you an original recipe according to which the fillet always turns out to be juicy and tender.
✨And it seems that all the ingredients are banal, but the result exceeds all expectations. All preparation will take you a maximum of 10 minutes.
📕Ingredients for cooking (in my case it is 2 servings): 🥙
Chicken breast fillet - 1 pc. (250-300 g)
White cabbage - 350-400 g
Kefir - 150-200 ml
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Dried basil - 0.5 tsp l.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Hard (semi-hard) cheese - a small piece (20-30 g) 🧀
Egg white - 1 pc.

The first step is to prepare the marinade. To do this, pour kefir into a bowl, add basil, pepper, a little salt and garlic passed through a press.
Stir thoroughly with a whisk. And you're done!
Now the chicken. Thoroughly wash and clean the fillet from all unnecessary, if you wish, you can leave the skin. Then we dry it with paper napkins and make oblique cuts along the entire surface of the breast to about the middle of the thickness. Such a culinary technique will allow the meat to quickly become saturated with marinade.
We immerse the chicken in kefir marinade, making sure that it is completely covered with the aromatic mixture. For now, set aside - let it marinate for now ...
Now we take the cabbage and chop it thinly.
Add a little salt and wrinkle your hands well so that the straws soften. Transfer to any suitable baking dish.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with the egg white. If you are cooking double the rate, you can use a whole egg, it is not necessary to separate 2 proteins.
Put the pickled chicken fillet on top of the cabbage, pour the marinade remaining in the bowl on top. Put in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the dish from the oven, pour over the protein-cheese filling and return it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve chicken meat covered with a ruddy cheese crust immediately after cooking, accompanied by a side dish of cabbage. The chicken turns out to be very juicy, tender and non-greasy. A very hearty and healthy lunch or dinner.
