Expensive, healthy and delicious! But how to cook it so as not to spoil it?

Ingredients:
fresh red fish (salmon, chum salmon, coho salmon, salmon)
salt
pepper
seasonings or herbs for fish dishes
vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Cut the fish into portions or steaks. Wash each one with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Salt each piece with coarse sea salt and pepper with black pepper. Better to rub with your hands.
4. Add vegetable oil to the red fish steak. Olive is desirable, but any vegetable will do. Spread it over the surface. On both sides.
5. Leave the fish to marinate for 10 minutes.
6. Preheat a non-stick skillet, ideally grill in a skillet. It does not need to be lubricated with oil! There is enough oil on each piece of fish.
7. Put the steaks in a hot dry frying pan, set the heat to moderate.
8. Fry red fish on each side for 5 minutes. Then cover, reduce heat to low and leave for 1-2 minutes. Not more! Otherwise, it will dry out.
9. Transfer the finished pieces of delicious and beautiful red fish to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with a mixture of spices to taste or aromatic dry herbs. Serve the sauce or yoghurt separately.
