A delicious, hearty dinner for the whole family. In the summer I often cook it, as there are a lot of zucchini. Minced meat will need only 300 gr., But the dish will turn out to be very satisfying due to other ingredients. Try it.

I rub the zucchini on a medium grater. I have young zucchini, so I will not peel off the skin and take out the seeds.
I add oatmeal to the Zucchini (I have a long cooking time), chopped garlic, black pepper, salt. You can give some more spices.
Mix everything well and leave for 25 minutes. During this time, the flakes will absorb all the juice that will be released from the zucchini.
I put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and chop it with a blender (my cottage cheese is granular). This is optional, but it will be more gentle.
I add three eggs to the curd and mix.
Finely chop the parsley and add to the curd mass, mix.
I add cottage cheese to the squash mass and mix.
Now I add 300 grams of minced meat and mix again.
Advice: if it seems that it turned out to be watery, you can add 1 tbsp. starch.
Grease the mold with oil and evenly distribute the dough. My shape is 26 centimeters in diameter. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
I put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
The casserole is ready, I let it cool down a little, then all the juices are absorbed and the casserole will be easy to cut, bon appetit!
