Today I want to share a very unusual recipe for making pancakes. I cook pancakes without eggs, and indeed without dairy products. I didn't think such pancakes would be so tasty. The whole family liked it, I cook them for the third time this week. It comes out very budget too. The pancakes are thin and no less tasty even on the second day!

Sift flour into a deep bowl. I use premium wheat flour.
I add salt, sugar, a little soda, odorless vegetable oil.
And the main ingredient is sparkling water! Yes, it is carbonated. It is best to open the bottle right before cooking.
You can also take mineral sparkling water. In this case, you do not need to add soda.
First pour out 1/3 cup of mineral water and mix with a whisk. This way, there will be no lumps in the dough.
Then I pour in the remaining sparkling water and mix everything. The dough is ready!
I heat up the frying pan very much. I add a few drops of oil.
Pour an incomplete ladle of dough into the skillet and distribute evenly. I have a 26 cm frying pan. in diameter.
Holes appear in the pancakes, and as soon as the dough has seized on top, I turn the pancake over.
