Today I want to offer you a sweet recipe cake for tea on the water - this is the most, the most, the simplest recipe, and in no way inferior in taste to other pies!

I am sure that if you try to cook it at least once, you will cook it all the time - after all, by taste you cannot immediately determine that it is just on the water.

And, of course, as an option, the water can be replaced with cold tea, juice, compote.

Cooking ingredients:

Water - 350-370 ml
Sugar - 180 g
Lemon - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Vanillin - to taste
Soda - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 350 g
Salt - 1/4 tsp l.

First of all, sift flour into a bowl, add fine salt, sugar, vanillin and here we rub the zest from one lemon on a fine grater. Stir them together for even distribution.

Next, we begin to pour in warm water - gradually. And as a result, you should get a biscuit dough of medium density.

Pour a spoonful of baking soda and fill it with lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon. We mix.

At the very end, pour in vegetable oil and mix again.

We take a baking dish with a diameter of 20-22 cm, grease it from the inside with a small amount of vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour, pour the dough. And we send to bake in the oven ...

And after baking it must be allowed to cool, then you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, pour over melted chocolate or grease with some kind of fruit jam - everything here is already to your taste.
