We cut the sausages into circles, rub the cheese on a grater.
Let's prepare the dough for the pie. We mix kefir and soda, beat eggs with a pinch of salt with a whisk and add to kefir. Then pour the flour mixed with baking powder in parts. The consistency of the dough should be like sour cream.
Now add sausages and cheese directly to the dough, mix well and put it in a mold greased with oil (vegetable or butter).
We bake the cake in a preheated oven (set the temperature to 180 degrees) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. 5-7 minutes before the readiness, the cake can be additionally sprinkled with grated cheese (but this is not necessary).
This pie is especially good when hot, so serve it immediately on the table.
