These pasta can be prepared for dinner or lunch. It turns out very tasty! Pasta is soaked in all juices, and it's faster to cook like that. And even less dirty dishes.

I'll prepare the vegetables first.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion and cut the tomato into cubes.
By the way, I'm taking a frozen tomato. I always freeze them for the winter, they really help out. The peel is easily removed like this: I just put the tomato under a stream of hot water and the peel comes off by itself!
I also use frozen bell peppers. You can also fresh, if available :) In general, any vegetables are suitable for this dish. You can take a ready-made frozen vegetable mixture.
I "send" onions, carrots and peppers into a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. I cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the tomato and cook for another 3 minutes.
I add pasta, distribute them evenly over the entire area of the frying pan, pour in tomato juice. Salt to taste, add hops-suneli spices.
I fill it with water. I close the pan with a lid and simmer the pasta over low heat until tender.
After 15 minutes I stir the pasta. If the liquid has already been absorbed into the pasta during this time, but they are still hard, then I recommend adding another 50 milliliters of water and cooking for 5 minutes.
