Salad "Piquant" is one of the best recipes for salads with squid that I know: even for every day, even for a festive table!

Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe ptall, but at the same time very tasty salad with squid. This is one of my favorite salads! Try it, I'm sure you will like it too! Here, all the ingredients are perfectly combined.

Recipe:

squid - 500g

pickled cucumbers -2-3pcs

egg -3pcs

onion -1pc

greens to taste

For onion marinade:

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

sugar -1 tsp

water -2 tbsp.

9% vinegar -2 tbsp

For homemade mayonnaise:

vegetable oil -150ml

egg -1pc

salt -1 / 3 tsp.

sugar -1 / 3 tsp

mustard -1 tsp

lemon juice -1 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

First, let's prepare the squid. We remove the insides and chord, pour water into the pan, bring to a boil, as it boils, we lower the squid into boiling water and keep it there 2-3 minutes, but not more, take out of the pan and immediately fill with cold water to stop heat treatment and well rinsing.

Cut the onion into quarters and pickle. We put 1 tsp. sugar and half a tsp. salt, pour 2 tbsp. water and 2 tbsp. 9% vinegar, mix and leave for 15 minutes.

cut pickled cucumbers into strips, cut boiled squid into strips. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
We collect the salad: put squids, cucumbers, eggs in a salad bowl, drain the liquid from the onion and add to the salad.

We dress the salad with mayonnaise, I make homemade mayonnaise. I pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg, beat with a blender until it thickens for 15 seconds. Now I add salt, mustard and lemon juice. We punch everything again with a blender. The mayonnaise is ready, season the salad.

If you wish, you can add greenery. We try for salt, if necessary, add black pepper. We alter the salad again. We serve it to the table. Delicious and satisfying.
