Well, delicious, Greek salad. I tried it for the first time on a visit. I think you will like it too!
Ingredients: lettuce, medium cucumbers, green bell peppers, white onion, boiled white beans (can be canned), feta cheese, green olives seedless, parsley, mint, Dressing:, olive oil, white wine vinegar (or apple cider) 6%, dry oregano (I take dressing for Greek salad), salt, pepper
Cooking method:
Cut cucumbers and peppers into equal cubes, also cubes feta cheese. Finely chop the greens. The beans were soaked for a couple of hours, boiled and cooled. If canned beans, then drain the liquid, rinse the beans with running cold water, and let it drain. Cut the onion into thin half rings and fill it with very cold water and leave for 10 minutes.
Put the salad leaves on a plate. Cucumbers, peppers, beans and olives - in no particular order. Put onion and cheese on top. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. By the way, greens can be any of your favorites: dill, cilantro, green onions. Watering with dressing. A delicious salad is ready! Bon Appetit !
