Simple pie with mushrooms and potatoes

Weekend - it's time to pamper yourself and loved ones tasty pastries! Especially here such.

Ingredients:

600 gr. flour
25 gr. fresh yeast or 1 hour. l. dry
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
100 ml of vegetable oil
1 h. l. salt
200 ml water
300 gr. mushrooms or other fungi
2 pcs. onions
3 pcs. potato
1 egg

Preparation:

1. In a bowl pour the specified amount of warm water to dissolve the yeast in it.

2. Add the sugar and 2 tbsp. l. sifted flour. Stir the mixture until until all lumps are dissolved. Leave a brew in a warm place under the towel, until it becomes a bubble.

3. Pour the brew into a bowl in more and add the salt, remaining water and a third of the flour.
All mix thoroughly, enter the remaining flour and knead the yeast dough soft.

4. Once it will acquire dense texture, making a recess in its middle and pour 100 ml of oil. Gradually knead and inject the same amount of oil. Knead the hands of about 15 minutes.

5. Give dough ball shape, to shift into a bowl, sprinkle flour and cover with a clean towel. Leave the dough in a dry, warm place for 30 minutes.

6. Potatoes are washed, cleaned and boil in salted water until half. Drain the water, cool the potatoes and cut into slices or grate.

7. Onions, peel and cut into cubes. Spasserovat onion until golden brown in vegetable oil.

8. Rinse the mushrooms, chop sticks or slices and put a bow. Simmer all 5-7 minutes, until evaporated excess fluid.
Mushroom stuffing remove from heat, season with salt and season to taste with pepper. Optionally, you can add cream, sour cream, mayonnaise and grated cheese.

Serve cakes hot or cold - still obtain very delicious and satisfying.
