I have been preparing marmalade myself for a long time, the cooking process takes no more than 10 minutes and only 3 ingredients are needed. And children really like this marmalade, and mothers are calmer, because they know what it is from. And this is another great way to "dispose" of jam.
How to make marmalade at home:
I pour 10 grams of agar-agar into a saucepan.
Agar-agar is a vegetable substitute for gelatin, with it the structure of the marmalade is as it should be + it solidifies at room temperature, does not melt. It is with him that I always prepare marmalade and the result is always excellent. Sold in all major stores in the "spice section". I even bought it from Magnet.
I fill the agar with a glass of water - 200 ml. The water is ordinary, cold.
I put the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
As soon as the agar-agar boils, I continue to cook for 2 minutes and stir constantly. I cook on low heat.
I add 200 grams of any jam - I have raspberry jam this time. I stir and boil for another 2 minutes (I constantly stir with a spatula).
I cover the form with a size of 18x18 centimeters with cling film and pour the marmalade into it.

Advice:if the seeds in the jam (in my case, raspberry ones) interfere with you, then strain the liquid through a sieve. I don't bother me with raspberry pits, I just pour it into the mold.
You can take ice cube trays and make marmalade in them.
We leave the marmalade to freeze right on the table. But, if you want to quickly enjoy the marmalade, I recommend putting the mold in the refrigerator (just wait for the marmalade to cool to room temperature) for literally 20 minutes.
Cut the finished marmalade into portioned pieces. You can "roll" in coconut flakes, it turns out beautifully.
