Just recently learned this cabbage salad recipe! So I liked him that I decided to share the recipe with you. This salad is great for dinner too. As for me, this is the perfect combination of all products.

How to make a quick cabbage salad.
Finely chop half a head of cabbage.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater and add to cabbage.
Cut half the onion into half rings.
2 small bell peppers I will cut into thin plates.
I add a small bunch of arugula, just tear it with my hands and into the salad.
I'll add some more olives.
I cut the feta cheese into cubes and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Now I will prepare a very interesting salad dressing: I will mix vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, spices (Italian herbs), black pepper and you're done!
Do not forget to add salt to the salad, add the dressing and mix. Bon Appetit!
