INGREDIENTS

Cucumber -2-3 pieces.
For the mayonnaise:
Vegetable oil -150 ml.
Egg 1pc.
Sol -1 / 3ch.l.
Sugar -1 / 2ch.l.
lemon juice -1st.l.
Mustard -1ch.l.
COOKING METHOD
Chinese cabbage 300 grams. nashinkuem strips, cucumber cut into sticks.
Grate carrots for Korean carrot.
4 boiled eggs we shall cut cubes. Cod liver cut into cubes. Putting salad. Put the cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, and eggs.
Mayonnaise. I fill with homemade mayonnaise. Put 1/3 teaspoon salt, sugar ½ teaspoon, add 1 tbsp lemon juice. The pour 150 ml jar. vegetable oil, pour the lemon juice with the sugar and salt, add 1 tsp mustard. Splitting 1 egg yolk so that was definitely a whole. Omit the blender, so that the yolk was a blender.
We begin beating. After 15 seconds the mayonnaise is ready.
Salad dressed with mayonnaise and stir. Now add cod liver oil, and stir. Salad ready. Serve the salad at the table.
