Everyone who has tried such cabbage immediately asks for a recipe. The taste is really amazing, the cabbage is tender, airy, just weightless. I thought that there were so many people doing, but it turned out not, everyone just stews cabbage using the classical method. I will share with you my little secret that will help make ordinary cabbage completely unusual. Such cabbage is prepared very quickly and easily.

I'm going to prepare vegetables.
Finely chop the onion.
Grated carrots on a coarse grater.
Quite finely chopped cabbage.
On a frying pan preheated with oil, I simultaneously spread onions, carrots and cabbage. Immediately de salt and add spices. I find spices like zira (cumin) and turmeric add incredible flavor to cabbage. I'll take them.
I add another 50 milliliters of water, stir, cover and carcass until tender.
And here is my secret, it seems that it is elementary, but try it! Cabbage takes on a completely different taste.
I take an egg and separate the white from the yolk.
I add a pinch of salt to the protein and beat with a mixer until a stable foam. My mixer does it in 1 minute.
Now I add the yolk and mix a little more with a mixer. This is the main feature!
Cabbage stewed for 15 minutes - that's enough.
I add the beaten egg, stir constantly and cook for a minute, until the egg grabs.
