The mackerel needs to be cut: remove the entrails, cut off the head and fins.
Do not forget to remove the black film inside the fish, otherwise it will taste bitter!
I cut the fish into 3-centimeter portions.

I cut the onion into rings.
I cut the tomato into half rings, since I have it quite large. If your tomato is medium or small, it is better to cut it into rings.

I mix granular mustard with sour cream, soy sauce and spices. I take the spices "Caucasian herbs". You can add salt and pepper to taste.
I distribute the sauce evenly throughout the fish.
I will cook mackerel in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
