I'm still a lazy person, my result still fluctuates in the region of 71-72 kg, depending on the female characteristics of the body. I will not tell again and again why I am a lazy person and why now I raise the calorie content - whoever reads constantly - he knows, but for newcomers, this is not the main thing.

At today's control weighing almost 72 kg, but tolerate a week and the water that has gathered thanks to the production of hormones will go away.

I'll tell you about the menu for today.

I would like to clarify that everyone has their own calorie rate. And accordingly, the deficit is also individual. The more weight and height, the more calories (energy) the body needs to function.
My menu is approximate and can be taken as a basis, as many subscribers do, adding or excluding products to their liking and in accordance with their KBZHU.

Breakfast sandwiches on whole grain homemade bread (75 g) with curd cheese and herbs (50 g, prepared according to the subscriber's recipe) and sandwiches with purchased curd cheese (20 g) and 60 g of tuna canned. And green tea with sandwiches.

Breakfast turned out to be 440 kcal.

For a snack, 115 g of cucumber, which I cut into slices and put a little fish paste (45 g) on ​​each circle. Apple - 180 g.

And the green tea I drank at work.

The snack came out on 235 kcal

Since the night we have charged with rain, but so persistent. Pours and pours.

Yesterday I told you that I have been dreaming of a smoked fish for several days. We always have pink salmon for sale in a private shop near our house - I just have to wait for my husband's salary😂.

And now it happened! Making my way through the wind, getting wet under the downpour - I reached the store with the fish - there I wanted it! Do you know what? There lies a dry tail, which is even scary to look at. It was a shame.

I returned home and dined on cheese soup with spinach. I cooked a pot again yesterday for a few days - I don't want to eat.

Lunch bowl of soup (460 g) - 200 kcal.

It's Friday, my husband will come home early from work, and I don't have anything particularly urgent - I decided to bake a manna. Can you imagine? Now someone will be horrified - how so mannik - he is "rastipopa"! And here, as with flour for PP baking, there is a secret. We take useful carbohydrates - slow / complex, that is, solid semolina.

After such a low-calorie lunch, after an hour and a half, I was already thinking what to eat. But she waited until the manna was baked.

Today I also got an afternoon snack - a chocolate manna with a pear (150 g) - 230 kcal.

And the dinner turned out to be quite light, it is 350 g of stewed zucchini with turkey - 260 kcal.

During the day I ate 20 g of peanuts - 110 kcal.

In total, 1475 kcal per day, the rate of water is drunk. I don’t forget about physical education.
