Pies from a series of recipes " while the kettle is boiling"

Kefir pies with onion and egg, I knead and immediately bake "until the kettle boils" I have a mountain of pies on my table, I don’t even have to get my hands dirty in flour.

Recipe:

  • kefir -400 ml
  • water -50 ml
  • egg -2 pcs
  • flour -350 gr
  • sugar -1 tsp
  • salt -1 tsp (without slide)
  • soda -1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil -2 tbsp.
  • boiled eggs -4 pcs
  • green onion -1 bunch

COOKING METHOD

I pour water into kefir and heat it up to 40 degrees.

Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar

and whisk with a whisk

pour in warm kefir and mix again

now add flour, knead the dough like pancakes

add soda at the end

mix

and pour in vegetable oil, mix again

now add green onions and chopped boiled eggs

put a spoon into the pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until cooked
