Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.
I think that many did not even think that the "caps" of pepper can be put into action in such an original way. Many simply throw them away, as they are too lazy to bother with them. I'll show you a brand new way how to harvest pepper for the winter. You can do this with a whole pepper, but I usually use parts of the pepper that have nowhere to "attach".
During harvesting for the winter, they usually form a huge amount, especially when you roll up some kind of vegetable salad.
But these "hats" are so fragrant, and we will make an excellent "piece" that will delight us in winter!

And now a second of humor: 😂
How can you sleep peacefully knowing that there is a lonely pie in the fridge in the kitchen?
The anecdote is taken from the site humornet.ru
Let's start cooking!
I froze the whole pepper for the winter (for stuffed peppers) and I got quite a lot of pepper caps.
I take by the stalk and break off all the edible parts. Even if the seeds come in, don't throw them away. It will be even better! And you can also use the internal "films" in this way.
Transfer the pepper to the blender bowl and grind. You can use a meat grinder.
It turns out here is such a fragrant pepper puree.
I take a mold for ice (in which we will make "pills" from pepper) and a mold for eggs (in which we will make "bombs" from pepper).
I shift the puree into molds and into the freezer until it solidifies. Then I put it in bags and store it all winter (but we usually eat it earlier).
Where I use: in winter in soup, borscht, in salad dressing, and I also just like it with potatoes (well, so delicious to me). The aroma is simply amazing! Summer taste 🥰 How do you like the idea?
