And the main point is to really lose weight only if you close your mouth and eat nothing, being content with lettuce leaves. This I, of course, exaggerate. But still it is.

Judging by the fact that the majority of those passing by write in the comments - stereotypes of losing weight still live in people. People do not accept the information that they can eat normally, in a balanced way and lose weight. Many people think this is a hoax, which they will not write in the comments. Well, you saw it yourself.

And to think, read more information, accept it and try - stereotypes interfere to one degree or another.

How to get over what for many years seemed the only way out, the only possible method of losing weight? And it's scary - what if the weight just starts to grow if I stop doing unloading, sit on one kefir for weeks and start eating. And it's lazy - it's much better to boil buckwheat and breasts and eat them for a week and you don't need to cook, buy food.

Therefore, the choice of how to lose weight - tasty and not hungry or tasteless and with strict restrictions - is made by you.

But do not forget about your health when making a choice.

I was the same. Starved, limited myself, broke down and recruited everything again. But I made my choice and my life changed and sparkled with new colors. I wish you to make the right choice for you, which will only change your life for the better.

My choice is nutritional control, which makes it possible to lose weight and keep weight, while enjoying life, and not suffering from hungry diets and angrily looking at those who are happy to eat sweets.

Over the weekend, I have another loading day. I often did something. But perhaps the last weekend, when the weather gives a chance to walk and have a good rest, we could not miss.

But we also had business in Moscow. First you need to solve all your questions, and only then go for a walk.

I had breakfast with sandwiches on Darnitsky bread (45 g) with chicken pastroma (45 g) and boiled pork tongue (60 g). And I drank coffee with milk (70 g, I wanted 50, but it turned out that my hand trembled and poured as much as 70 g) and vanilla syrup (15 g).

Breakfast for 350 kcal.

After breakfast, unhurriedly packed up and drove to Moscow. With their affairs sorted out only by 13 o'clock and was already hungry. Considering that the breakfast was not so hearty (usually it is more than 400 kcal) and I did not have a snack, which is usually at 11 o'clock according to the diet.

There were many options for where to dine, but it turned out that we ended up in one of the favorite cafes of Georgian cuisine. I love Georgian cuisine very much. You look at the menu and you want everything at once.

But I tried to restrain myself today. I ate satsivi with chicken, to which I also ordered lavash. Satsivi is served here as a cold appetizer.

And for hot - kudbari meat pie - 2 small pieces.

I washed it down with green tea with jasmine. Naturally, I didn’t count any calories, I just enjoyed the delicious dishes.

Yes, you can and even should do this when your lifestyle includes - control of nutrition and counting calories.

After lunch, did we want to take a walk at VDNKh, especially since we were very close geographically and this is my favorite place in Moscow.

But after taking a ride around VDNKh a couple of times, we did not find a parking space even in paid parking lots. It seems that everyone has decided to visit VDNKh. Driving past the entrances, one could see crowds of people (almost a demonstration) walking from the metro to the entrance. I don't like walking around like that, maneuvering among people.

And we went to Sokolniki - although there was also a full house there, but still not the same as at VDNKh.

Only I didn't want to take a photo at all (there was no mood for the photo), but I remembered about youπŸ˜‰.

We returned home late in the evening, and at home everyone decided that they wanted shrimps, which Anya hid in the freezer in the stashπŸ˜‚.

I had to quickly boil the shrimp for everyone.

This is how our Saturday day turned out.

Lately I have very frequent loading days. We need to fix it somehow. It seems that I relaxed in terms of my weight, achieving a result that I had never even dreamed of.

But as they say - there is no limit to perfection. And it strives for something, which means that it is necessary to download no more than 2 times a month. It was this frequency that allowed me to lose weight and at the same time not break into sweets and not sit at the holidays with vegetables and a glass of water.

A rational approach to nutrition - makes it possible not only to comfortably lose weight, but also not to fall out of life.
