3 zucchini weighing 650 grams.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 onion weighing 100 grams.
60 grams of cheese.
60 grams of flour.
40-60 grams of butter.
50 grams of sour cream.

First of all, we will make a crumb from shortcrust pastry. A trendy streusel. It is very simple and the process takes 5 minutes.
I rub butter on a fine grater. I recommend putting the oil in the freezer for a while, it's easier to rub.
On the same grater I rub hard cheese - any will do.
I add flour and use my hands to grind everything into crumbs. This is how it works.
I put the crumb in the freezer and continue cooking.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a frying pan preheated with oil, fry the onion and garlic for about three minutes.
Cut the courgettes into cubes, then add them to the onions and garlic. I cook on fire a little below average for 8-10 minutes.
I transfer the zucchini to a baking dish (I have a diameter of 26 cm).
Salt, pepper and stir to taste.
I grease the zucchini with sour cream.
Finely chop the herbs (I have parsley and basil) and add them to the zucchini.
We take out our sand crumbs from the freezer, it has become very crumbly.
Distribute evenly over the zucchini.
I cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Under the appetizing, ruddy, crispy crust hides very tender, juicy, creamy zucchini, mmm... This is now one of my favorite zucchini recipes.
