Today I will tell you why I freeze cucumbers, because they are in the store all year round. Friends did not understand me until they tried it themselves! And now cucumbers are frozen every year and in winter they remember me with a good word.

It all started with the fact that in one year I had so many cucumbers that I did not know where to put them already... I rolled them into jars and made salads, and decided to freeze some of them.

WHY am I doing this? Here are 5 reasons:
FIRST: in winter it is unrealistic to find a delicious, aromatic cucumber in the store. They simply do not exist, they are all tasteless. And their cucumbers are very fragrant, even after freezing. They taste.
SECOND: I am thus saving my summer harvest. And very quickly to harvest cucumbers for the winter, no problems.
THIRD: in winter, cucumbers are more expensive than meat, sometimes even several times. The hand does not rise to pay such "crazy" money for an ordinary cucumber. And here theirs are free.
FOURTH: I really love making cucumber smoothies, it's very healthy. I do it all year round. My frozen cucumbers are helping me out. It turns out very tasty, aromatic. I especially enjoy it in winter.
FIFTH: I use frozen cucumbers for cosmetic purposes! I wipe my face straight with frozen cucumber, or I defrost them and make a mask. The effect is super: skin tightening, and saturation with vitamins, and moisturizing, and cleansing!
