- milk - 250 ml
- flour - 230 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.

Step by step recipe
1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Beat everything a little.
2. Add milk to this and mix again.
3. Pour half the flour, baking powder to the resulting mixture and mix until smooth.
4. Add the remaining flour and finally knead the dough.
5. You need to fry pancakes immediately after preparing the dough. Fry over a fire, slightly less than average.
Pour half a ladle of dough into a dry, not greased frying pan and distribute it a little so that the pancake turns out to be round.
6. After about half a minute, as soon as bubbles begin to appear, immediately turn the pancake over to the other side. You do not need to wait until the entire surface is covered with bubbles.
On the other side of the pancakes, fry for about half a minute.
