I recommend to all tomato lovers to cook them in this version, you will be satisfied! This is a Turkish appetizer salad. The recipe was brought by a friend when vacationing in Turkey. Now I cook it all season, it’s very tasty, but to do it only 5 minutes. The combination of ingredients is amazing.

So, for cooking we need:
4 medium tomatoes.
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice.
2 tbsp olive oil (sunflower can be used).
Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.
1 tbsp sesame

I cut the tomatoes into not very thin slices.
These are the ones in the photo below.
I lay out beautifully on a plate in one layer. This is important, as the tomatoes will then soak well with the dressing and each bite will be delicious.
Chop the garlic finely and distribute it evenly over all the tomatoes.
I'll take some dill and add to the tomatoes too. Instead of dill, you can use green onions, dill, cilantro, or basil.
Prepare the dressing: I mix lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tomatoes.
Very important use sesame seeds, which are lightly toasted in a dry skillet. This is how sesame seeds "open up" and become very aromatic and tasty. This gives the dish a decisive taste. I usually always have toasted sesame seeds. I keep it in a glass jar.
