Plum tart with mascarpone
First you need to prepare the plums. The amount depends on your love for them. I just cut the plums in half and remove the seeds.
I preheat the oven to 200 ° C degrees.
DOUGH
Beat eggs first without sugar. After the eggs are combined, add sugar and beat until a firm foam is obtained.
When the eggs are beaten, I add 1 tsp to them. baking powder and mascarpone and now whisk it all together.
It turns out a homogeneous, rather thick mass. We no longer need a mixer.
Rub the lemon zest and add it to the dough.
I sift flour there and mix everything delicately.
I will bake the plum cake in a silicone mold.
To do this, grease it with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
I put the dough in the mold.
I spread the plums by melting them into the dough.
I send the plum cake to the oven for at least half an hour, I'll watch it when it's ready. It took me 50 minutes.
I always check that the dry stick test is ready. Let the plum cake cool in the pan.
