Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.
Today I want to share a brand new preparation of pepper for the winter. I first tried to prepare pepper in this way last summer. In winter it was so delicious that this season I will harvest at least five kilograms.
Someone will say why even harvest pepper for the winter when you can buy it in a store. But, when in the summer so much of their own has grown in the garden, and in the summer it is so fragrant, tasty and cheap, why not prepare it! Is that so?
- And now a second of humor: 😂
In the summer, women have squirrel syndrome. Household squirrel. As a result, there are pantries filled with pickles and preparations for the winter ...
The anecdote is taken from the site inpearls.ru
This method of preparing sweet peppers for the winter is a godsend and a novelty for me! The whole family likes it.
I advise you to read this article to the end in order to understand all the intricacies of the preparation, and at the end of the article I will tell you how to properly cook such a pepper in order to get "yummy".
Let's start harvesting pepper for the winter!
Pepper must first be washed and dried. It is better to use a thick-walled variety of pepper for such a preparation, then it will be as tasty as possible.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay out the peppers so that they do not touch each other.
I cook pepper in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. I turn on the top and bottom heating. If you only have a bottom heating, then hold the pepper for 7-10 minutes longer.
This is how the pepper turns out.
I put the pepper in a saucepan, close the lid and let it cool a little. With this trick, we can easily peel the peppers.
After 20 minutes, I start peeling the pepper. The peel just bounces off!
Do not pour out the juice that stands out from the pepper!
I remove the stalk and seeds.
I divide each pepper into three parts. Like these ones.
I put the pepper in containers, pour a little juice (which we have saved, I still filter it) and in the freezer!

How to cook such a pepper in winter?
I take out the container, defrost the pepper a little. I cut it into strips. I add dill, garlic, or even dried oregano. I make a dressing with olive or sunflower oil and soy sauce. Salt to taste. Such a delicious appetizer turns out, you will lick your fingers! And fragrant, mmm ..
