Supported by Doctor Zeta. Greetings to all readers of my channel! My name is Christina and I am very glad to see you on my culinary channel.
Once I came to visit my Armenian friend Gayana without an invitation. I just walked by and decided to drop by. We haven't seen each other for a long time, she was vacationing with her family at sea. Gayane did not expect guests and she did not have much at home. But, as you know, Armenians are very hospitable!
And she "bungled" such a wonderful cake in half an hour, I was just delighted with it! Of course I took the recipe and am sharing it with you, my dear readers! It looks like a puff inside. Very juicy and tender. I discovered a new cake recipe without dough!
And now a second of humor: 😂
2020 year.
The composition of the pie:
- water
- thickener
- Flavoring "Pie"
The anecdote is taken from the site shytok.net
I came home and immediately prepared this cake for my husband, he liked it so much that now this recipe has become my "duty". All the products are the most common, but it turns out so juicy and tender, try it!
So, for cooking you will need:
Thin Armenian lavash - 3 pieces weighing 300 gr.
400 ml. kefir.
2 eggs.
150 gr. granular cottage cheese.
150 gr. cheese.
Greens and salt to taste.
I advise you to read this article to the very end in order to understand all the nuances of cooking and in the end get a very tasty, tender and melting cake.
Let's start cooking!
Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add salt, eggs and mix with a fork.
I take 2 pita bread, randomly ditch it into pieces immediately into the kefir mass.
I stir so that all the lavash is in kefir. It is very important. It is necessary to keep each piece wet.
I grease a baking dish with butter: bottom and sides. You can of course use vegetable, but Gayane said that butter gives a different taste to the cake and it is better not to be greedy. Moreover, very little oil is needed.
By the way, my shape is 26 centimeters in diameter.
I put the remaining whole sheet of lavash in a mold, it should hang down.
Sprinkle a little cheese.
I put 1/3 of our "dough", then 1/3 of cottage cheese and 1/3 of cheese.
By the way, Gayane said that cottage cheese can be completely replaced with cheese and also suggested trying 2 types of cheese: hard and pickled.
I chop the herbs: you can use onions, cilantro, dill or parsley.
I add 1/3 greens to the cheese.
I would like to share with you one more find.
Perhaps someone has been looking for a solution to this problem for a very long time. I had a problem with my gums before (they are very sensitive). Here's how we eat something with greens, then be sure to then use a toothpick or dental floss to remove the greens between your teeth. My gums immediately began to bleed, then gum inflammation begins, and I suffer for several days.
About a month ago, I was offered to try the unusual Doctor Zeta toothpicks, they sent them for free with the condition that if they help solve my problem, then I will write about it in my blog.
So, I'm writing! A month has passed and I have never damaged my gums! Indeed, they helped me and I no longer have problems with my gums.
And all because these toothpicks do not have a pointed end like a wooden toothpick. One wrong move or a little more pressure and it started ...
And you can also not be afraid to brush the teeth of children with such a toothpick, because it will not damage the gums and is safe.
At first, I was not used to such an unusual shape of a toothpick, but now I will say that this is even more convenient than the usual straight line! It's not for nothing that dentists have tools with hooks. I also like that each toothpick is packed individually, and you can take it with you, because there is no opportunity to brush your teeth during the day.
These toothpicks are sold at Wildberries. Hopefully someone will benefit from my experience and I was able to help with a solution to a similar problem. 😊
Let's go back to the recipe.
And I repeat this 2 more times, the last layer is green.
I wrap the hanging parts of the lavash inward.
Grease the pita bread with melted butter on top so that it is not dry when baking.
Scroll through the photo (see what the whole cake looks like when finished)
I cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bon Appetit!
