😋 I found this cabbage recipe quite recently. But I liked it so much that now I cook it regularly. And my husband really likes it. And most importantly, it turns out to be healthier than fried. It tastes very delicate, it is easy and quick to cook. The cooking process takes no more than 5 - 7 minutes, the oven will do the rest.
I have already written this recipe for "tender" cabbage in my cookbook. By the way, such cabbage is delicious not only hot, but also cold. I recommend cooking to all lovers of cabbage. You will fall in love with this dish as I did! 🥰

For this dish, cabbage must be chopped very finely. The finer, the softer the taste of the finished dish will be.
You can, of course, just finely chop it, but I showed my imagination and just grated the cabbage on a coarse grater.
The result is such a finely chopped cabbage. Nice, isn't it!? And most importantly: a minute and you're done.
I put the cabbage in a baking dish (I will cook the cabbage in the oven).
I add already boiled rice (I have left from yesterday's dinner) and mix.
I will prepare the filling: I add sour cream (any fat content), salt, pepper to the eggs and mix.
Then I add flour and mix again.
Pour in the cabbage, but do not stir.
Sprinkle on top with flax seeds and sesame seeds (this is optional).
