Delicious meat gravy that goes well with any side dish: pasta, potatoes, buckwheat, rice, etc.
An excellent dish, thanks to which you can feed your whole family very satisfyingly and on a budget.
Any meat will do. I had pork.
I love gravy, especially with buckwheat. Well, it turns out very satisfying and tasty. This sauce was prepared for me by my mother as a child, I can vouch for the recipe. Proven over the years! Someone calls this dish goulash, but in my family, since childhood, it was a sauce☺

Step-by-step gravy recipe:
1. Finely dice the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. Fry the meat over the highest heat for 1-2 minutes. As all the meat has become light, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Advice: do not forget to stir, otherwise the meat may burn.
3. 10 minutes have passed, open the lid and add carrots and onions to the meat. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10-12 minutes.
Advice: if vegetables and meats start to fry, add a little water. Everything should be stewed, but not fried.
