You can use absolutely any filling: cottage cheese with herbs, sweet filling. I just have cheese.

To make cakes you will need:
Water (boiling water) - 300 ml.
Flour - 300 gr.
Cheese - 200 gr.
Recipe:
Pour flour into a deep bowl, pour in boiling water and knead the dough. First with a spatula, and then with your hands.
It takes me 1 minute to knead the dough, no more.
Cover the dough with a wet towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, grate the cheese (it doesn't matter if it's fine or coarse).
Transfer the dough to a floured table. Divide into 8 equal parts, form koloboks.
Roll each bun into a round cake. Put the cheese on one half, cover the other on top and pinch the edges.
