Finely chop the parsley and dill. Any greens can be used.
I will cut the tomato into thin plates.

I take a classic Armenian lavash sheet and cut it into 2 parts.
I put the filling on a sheet of pita bread. I step back 5 cm from the bottom. and put the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, then the sauce and lastly the herbs and cheese.
I wrap the pita bread first from the bottom, and then to the sides. This is exactly the shape of this dish.
Then you can fry in a dry pan on both sides or use the grill. Bon Appetit!
