It takes me 10 minutes to make a cake. The taste is similar to the "Mimosa" salad, but much softer and richer.
We used to prepare such a cake for almost all holidays. And our friends prepared it. Simple, budgetary and tasty!

I sort boiled eggs into whites and yolks. I rub proteins on a fine grater. The yolks will be useful to us for decoration.
I mix proteins with a spoonful of mayonnaise (see the video at the end of the article for homemade mayonnaise recipes).
Now canned food. I have mackerel in its own juice. You can take any other fish. Knead with a fork and also mix with mayonnaise.
I grease the bottom of a suitable shape with mayonnaise. I spread the crackers. Any savory crackers will do.
If you don't like crackers, you can make puff pastry and make cakes from it. But then it will not be a quick snack)) Although no less tasty.
The second layer is proteins. Then another layer of crackers. Further canned fish. I distribute with a spatula.
Now some mayonnaise. And finely chopped green onions.
More crackers and garlic mayonnaise (about 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1-2 cloves of garlic)
Distribute well and sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
And another layer of crackers.
It remains to decorate the cake. I coat it with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle the sides with cheese, and distribute the yolks grated on a fine grater on top.
I put the cake to soak in the refrigerator for several hours. Better to cook in about a day.
It turns out a very delicate and tasty cake. We like))
• Salted cracker - 2 pack.
• Eggs - 5 pcs.
• Canned fish - 1 can
• Cheese - 100 g
• Garlic - 2 teeth.
• Green onions
• Mayonnaise (I have homemade) - 5-6 tbsp.
