I keep greens like that in the summer. But in winter it is much more relevant, because fresh herbs have to be bought very expensively. And, of course, it's a pity if the dill withers right away. But I do not fade)) Up to 2 months you can store greens like this. Of course, the timing still depends on how fresh the greens were when purchased. But for 2 weeks any greenery will certainly "hold out" like that.
In this video, I told a lot about greens (not only how I store them). Dill sauce and dill oil are great additions for many dishes! You will definitely keep these recipes for yourself! And also, as usual, a little experiment with dill. Lucky this time!
Everything is very simple! Greens must be washed under running cold water. If the tips are dry or yellow, I cut them off. And I put a bunch of greens in a glass or jar. I cover it with a bag (I just cover it, there is no need to "cork" much) and put it in the refrigerator. All. Greens are worth it for a very long time. There should be water droplets on the bag. I don't pour water into a glass, it should be quite a bit on the bottom! If there are no droplets on the bag, I repeat the procedure)) Check it - it works!
Of course, I also freeze greens in the summer. But this method is relevant precisely in winter, when there is not a lot of greenery. Works great!
