Of course, everyone knows how to cook vegetable soup. But try my recipe too. A very light, aromatic soup is one of my favorite first courses. I use pre-cooked vegetable broth. But you can, of course, cook it in chicken broth or just in water.
I cut all the vegetables into strips. Onions in small cubes, zucchini - in small pieces. Add cabbage, onion and celery to the vegetable broth. I cook for 5 minutes. then add the zucchini, frozen vegetables and peppers. I cook for another 8-10 minutes.
At the end I add fresh herbs. You can add black pepper to taste. Try to cook. It is delicious))
Soup recipe:
• Broth (I have vegetable) - 1.5 l
• Cabbage - 200 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
• Celery - 50 g
• Zucchini - 200 g
• Frozen vegetables - 100 g
• Greens
• Ground black pepper (optional)
• Salt
*** Use vegetables according to your taste. You can exclude something or add something. Any broth is also possible.
